DOIAbstract
<p>LPS was added to PBMC cultures at the indicated concentrations. Each culture consisted of 5x10<sup>5</sup> cells. After 24 hours of culture cytokine concentrations were measured in the conditioned medium by ELISA. The number of replicates experiments for each condition are indicated; flow cytometry showed that the percent of myleoid cells within isolated PBMC did not differ between DR+/+ ND and F+/+ ND rats. *ANOVA p<0.05 versus F+/+ ND.</p
