TAC Quinquennial Review of CIMMYT, 1976: Supplement

Supplemental report by the quinquennial review mission to CIMMYT, prepared at the request of the TAC Thirteenth Meeting in July 1976, and considered at the following meeting. TAC wished to have insights into the CIMMYT outreach programs in the Middle East and North Africa, which were not directly covered in the original review. The mission visited Tunisia and Egypt, and reported in detail on CIMMYT activities and relationships with local research and governmental institutions.
