The results of this study indicate that financial compensation and non-financial compensation has a strong connection to the work motivation. this is indicated by R of 0.760 . In the table the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that employee motivation will increase by 0.438 units for every additional unit of financial compensation. So if financial compensation has increased one unit , then the employee motivation will increase by 0.438 units assuming other variables held constant . Employee motivation will increase by 0.381 units for every additional unit of non-financial compensation, Based on simultaneous hypothesis testing is done through F.
