ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan. Sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan explanatory (sampel jenuh) atau penelitian sensus. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada perusahaan Bintang Mulia Hotel & Resto Je...
