This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation and motivation on job satisfaction, to determine the effect of financial compensation, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance and to determine the indirect effect of financial compensation and motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. The sample in the study was 101 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Validity Test and Sobel Test.
