The purposes of this study are to examine the influence of leadership style including directive leadership style, supportive leadership style, participative leadership style, and achievement oriented leadership style on employees work motivation in PT. PLN (Persero) Malang. The research type is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The techniques of data analysis are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression method.The result indicates that the directive leadership style, supportive leadership style, partisipative leadership style, achievement oriented leadership style, and employees work motivation are in good categoriesaccording to employees.
