: Leadership style is a guideline in determining the success of an organization, to improve public services, there must be a leader motivation to its employees in order to produce a good performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the leadership style, employee motivation, the factors inhibiting and supporting applied to the Director of PLN Dinoyo.This research is qualitative. The research sample using purposive sampling, informants in this study is the Director of PLN Dinoyo, SPV techniques and SPV Administration PLN Dinoyo.
