This research analyze the relationship development between retailer and manufacturer which is tried to achive the long term relationship . To building the long term relationship manufacturer needs retailers' trust which is supported by factors as manufacturer's characteristic and salesman's characterist. Research problem is accomplished to know how to build the long term relationship between manufacturer and retailer through factors as manufacturer 'characteristic and salesman/'s characteristic.
