Previous studies of trust have found that trust was a central role in development of success relationship (Morgan and Hunt, 1994, p. 20-38; Ganesan, 1994, p. 1-19; Doney and Cannon, 1997, p. 35-51). Nevertheless, Sirdestunukh et al (2002, p. 15), Chow and Holden (1997, p. 294), Doney and Cannon (1997, p. 47) still have question about how trust develops. This study try to answer that question with monitoring relationship between vendors (PBF) and buyer (pharmacies) in Semarang. In addition to know consequences of trust, the author also analyze long-term relationship as consequences of trust.
