BETWEEN SPECIFICITY AND INTERRATER AGREEMENT

My first acknowledgement is to my first psychology professor, Dr. Hall P. Beck (Skip). This professor turned me towards the field of psychology and without his guidance, friendship, and research opportunities, I would not be submitting this Master's Thesis today. The next influential professor in my life of psychology was Dr. Timothy Ludwig. Dr. Ludwig was my first Industrial Organizational professor and he directed me to the world of Industrial Organizational Psychology; he also encouraged me to attend a program that required a Master's Thesis. In his mind and (I would agree) that to truly experience the Master's degree an individual must complete a thesis.
