Professionally, I would like to begin by gratefully acknowledging the exceptional professors and supervisors at Vanderbilt and UCLA who invested in my training throughout my graduate school career. My adviser, Dr. Lynn Walker, and dissertation committee were integral in the creation and completion of this research; I am incredibly appreciative of their efforts and support.
