LICENSE NPF-22: MCPR SAFETY LIMITS

In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90, PPL Susquehanna, LLC (PPL) is submitting a request for an amendment to the Technical Specifications for Susquehanna Steam Electric Station (SSES) Unit 2. The proposed change revises the Section 2.1.1.2 Minimum Critical Power Ratio Safety Limits (MCPRSLs) for two-loop and single-loop operation. There are no new regulatory commitments associated with this change. The enclosures to this letter contain PPL's evaluation of this proposed change. Included are a description of the proposed change, the technical analysis of the change, the regulatory analysis of the change (No Significant Hazards Consideration and the Applicable Regulatory Requirements), and the environmental considerations associated with the change.
