Subject: Revised Responses to MELLLA+ RAIs (IAC No MB6157) In References 1 and 2, GE responded to NRC requests for additional information (RAIs) regarding GE's Licensing Topical Report (LTR) NEDC-33006P, Revision 1, General Electric Boiling Water Reactor Maximum Extended Load Line Limit Analysis Pluts. As a result of subsequent conversations with representatives of the NRC, GE has decided to revise the response to certain RAIs (ATWS RAIs 2.1, 2.4, 3.1, and 6.4 and AOO RAIs 2, 14, 16, 17, 25.b, and 26). The enclosures hereto provided the revised responses, which completely replace the corresponding responses, or part of the response for 25.b, in References 1 and 2. Many of the responses provided in Enclosures 1 and 2 contain proprietary information as defined in IOCFR2.390. The affidavit contained in Enclosure 5 identifies that the information contained in Enclosures 1 and 2 has been handled and classified as proprietary to GE. GE hereby requests that the information in Enclosure 1 and 2 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.390 and 9.17. Non-proprietary versions of the responses ar
