I. ORGANIZATION Membership: The Chancellor shall establish an Educational Advisory Council, which shall consist of 12 members:

2) Ten members who shall be appointed by the Chancellor. These members are to be scientists, mathematicians, public school representatives, or other persons having an interest in the School and desiring to contribute to its work. The Educational Advisory Council shall give advice and counsel to the Chancellor and the Board of Trustees. No person other than an ex officio shall be eligible to serve more than two successive four-year terms. Any vacancy in the membership of the Educational Advisory Council shall be reported promptly to the Chancellor, who shall fill any such vacancy by appointment of a replacement member to serve for the balance of the unexpired term. II. OFFICERS The Chairman of the Board of Trustees in consultation with the Chancellor will choose the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Educational Advisory Council from its membership. III. MEETINGS There will be four regular meetings of the Educational Advisory Council per year. These meetings shall be held, if possible, on the last Wednesday of the second month of the quarter (February, May, August, October), unless otherwise determined by the Council. The Council shall determine meeting dates annually with reference to the school calendar. The Chairman and the Chancellor shall prepare an agenda. The agenda shall be mailed along with a notice specifying the time and place of each regular meeting of the Council to be provided by th
