This research, based on an Action Research Model, focuses on strengthening employee satisfaction and motivation at a sales and service company in Bangkok, Thailand. An initial analysis of the firm determined that the priority areas to be strengthened in order to achieve higher levels of employee satisfaction and motivation were leadership, teamwork and the reward system. The research was conducted using both qualitative and quantitative methods. A questionnaire was implemented, while focus group interviews as well as in-depth interviews of managers were conducted.
