The bachelor thesis is about Corporate Social Responsibility and describes the activities of the selected company. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the perception of these activities both of customers and employees of the company. The first part of the thesis deals with the principles and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility, which are more focused on retail. The practical part describes a particular company and its activities. The survey, which was created for this thesis, shows that customers have almost no awareness of the socially responsible activities that the company does.
