Casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis ischemic stroke

Title: Casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient with diagnosis ischemic stroke. This bachelor thesis concerns in stroke. Thesis is divided into general and special part. General part consists of anatomy and physiology of cerebral blood supply, functions of cerebral lobes and remarkable ability of the nervous system - neuroplasticity. Second half of general part describes ischemic stroke - clinical state, pathophysiology, diagnostics, differential diagnostics and therapy. At the end of general part there is section devoting neurorehabilitation. In special part there is worked out casuistry of physiotherapeutic care of patient after ischemic stroke. This part of thesis works with data from practise which took place in Military university hospital from 7th January to 1st February 2013.
