Protection of human rights, educated/developed society and the relations betwwen them

This thesis defines and describes the evolution of human rights in society and its meaning. It indicates the importance of education, both general level of education of the society and education specific to the human rights. "Maturity of the human society is measured with human rights. Compliance and enforcement of human rights determine the level of democratization of the society, legally consistent state and welfare of the individual". This thesis further deals with the challenges and competition for university level education which is in high demand in the employment market. Those challenges are described from a historical, legal, and economic view and a possible solution is presented. One part of this thesis is a didactic view with an introduction to "Framework education programs"
