The nursing process in a patient with simple migraine (without aura)

In the introduced bachelor thesis I have written about nursing process about a patient with the simple migraine. The thesis is diveded into two parts. The first part is clinical and contains the anatomy of the brain, disease patogenity and a definition of migraine. Afterwards I have been focused on the migraine classification, the provocative factors and a decription of the migraine attack. In the end of the clinical part I indicate the examination methods, the diagnostics and the cure. The second part describes the nursing process. It includes six chapters in following order - the nursing anamnesis, the physical examnination, the definition of the Marjory Gordon nursing model (the assessment of a patient according to the Marjory Gordon nursing model), medical anamnesis, nursing diagnosis overview and nursing process including the nursing diagnosis, the nursing aim, the nursing plan, the realization and the evalution.
