Significant appraisal issues in value estimate of quarries for the public expropriation

The determination of the compensation for the public ablation of quarries, which represents an historic example of terzium genus within the expropriation matter, has always been a sui generis topic in the jurisprudential doctrine and an interesting argument for Appraisal. The latter, in fact, must provide logical and technical instruments for the monetary conversion of the principles developed and expressed by the judge.
