Illegal Unreported and Unregulated (IUU) Fishing is an unauthorized fishing activities. The activity was caused by misuse of licencing requirements and several other causes. IUU-Fishing causing loses in various fields, such as, economic, political, social, and environmental. The provisionIUU-Fishing stipulated in the United Nations Fish Stock Agreement 1995. Under its terms agreed that the states parties will cooperate in the prevention and control of IUU-Fishing. Indonesia as one of the parties have to adopt the provisions of UNSFA 1995 into national legislation such as the law and regulation. Law enforcement to IUU-Fishing could not be done if it is ony done by one party alone.
