Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Praktik Kejahatan Illegal Unreported and Unregulated Fishing Menurut Persepektif Hukum Nasional dan Internasional

Indonesia with an area of 2/3 which is a water area has the potential to increase the economy by means of transactions. But on the other hand, water areas are the trigger for Illegal Fishing Practices or illegal fishing, and nowadays illegal fishing has developed with the Unreported and Unregulated practices and has become the attention of all countries. The research used is normative juridical using the Law approach and the Conceptual approach. The results of this study are that international regulations such as UNCLOS, CCRF and IPOA which are ratified by Indonesia regulate in general the law enforcement of IUU Fishing Practices in the sea which is still a sovereign territory of a country, namely the territorial sea and the Exclusive Economic Zone sea which is implemented in national law in the form of legislation. The specific laws governing IUU-Fishing are Law Number 31 of 2004 which was amended into Law Number 45 of 2009 concerning Fisheries, Law Number 5 of 1983 concerning ZEEI and other laws
