THE MODERN UKRAINIAN HISTORIOGRAPHY ABOUT THE CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES OF THE REGIMENTAL AND CENTESIMAL COSSACK OFFICERS IN THE LATE XVII-XVIII CENTURIES

<p>The article analyzes the most important achievements of the representatives of the Ukrainian modern historiography concerning the charitable activities of the Cossack officers in the late XVII - XVIII centuries. The main attention is focused on the researches of the Ukrainian historians in 1991-2013. The main emphases are placed on the issues of charity of the lower level of the Cossack regimental and centesimal officers. The greatest period of its prosperity is the age of the end of XVII- XVIII centuries. The author considers that the charity isn’t just the actions of some people, but also it’s the detection of the social relations of a specific historical period, a social and cultural phenomenon of its time.</p><p><strong>Area of results’ application.</strong> The materials can be used while writing the generalizing works, textbooks, teaching manuals on Ukrainian historiography, on History of Ukraine, on Political science, while developing and teaching the regulatory and special courses of the academic disciplines.</p><p><a href="http://elibrary.ru/contents.asp?issueid=1242039"><strong>Purchase on Elibrary.ru &gt; Buy now</strong></a>
