Analisis Sea Level Rise Dan Komponen Pasang Surut Dengan Menggunakan Data Satelit Altimetri Jason-2

Sea level rise is a phenomenon that occurs due to climate change. Sea level rise cause the sinking of coastal areas and islands, coastal erosion, and damage to important ecosystems such as wetlands and mangroves. Sea level rise has a big impact on the western part of Sumatera Island ocean that has hundreds of small islands and located at the confluence of the Indian Ocean and the Andaman Sea.This research used sea surface observational data using the altimetry satellite Jason-2 in the period 2011-2014 as the primary data. Altimetry satellite data interpolation calculated by inverse distance weighting method using matlab software. This research used linear trend analysis and harmonic analysis to determine the speed of sea level rise and the ocean tides component value in western part of Sumatra Island ocean.Sea surface observations using Jason-2 altimetry satellites data in the 2011-2014 period showed the phenomenon of sea level rise on the western part of Sumatera Island ocean with the average increase value by +14.88 mm / year. The highest average value of the linear trend found in Mentawai ocean with the average value of the linear trend by +22.64 mm / year and the lowest average value of the linear trend found in Bengkulu Ocean with the average value of the linear trend by +10.12 mm / year. The ocean tide components on the western part of Sumatra Island ocean with altimetry satellites Jason-2 observations during 2011-2014 resulted in an average amplitude value M2 amounted to 0.134 cm, the average amplitude value S2 at 0.058 cm, the average amplitude value of K2 at 0,021 cm, the average value of the amplitude of N2 at 0,032 cm, the average amplitude value K1 at 0,048 cm, the average amplitude value O1 at 0,031 cm, the average amplitude value P1 at 0.025 cm and the average HHWL elevation value at 0,70759 m, the average MHWL elevation value at 0,50083 m, the average MSL elevation value at 0,06967 m, the average MLWL elevation value at -0,36148 m, the average CDL elevation value at -0,47500 m, the average LLWL elevation value at -0,56825 m
