Research aims to analyze and to explain the simultaneous and partial influences of variables of work motivation, work Dicipline, and employees performance at PD. BPR. Regional Banks Lamongan. Research type is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, The population in this research as many as 194 employees with total sample as many as 66. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Data are processed using the program of SPSS 20.00 for Windows.
