Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan Perusahaan Daerah (Pd) Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (Bpr) Bank Daerah Lamongan)

Research aims to analyze and to explain the simultaneous and partial influences of variables of work motivation, work Dicipline, and employees performance at PD. BPR. Regional Banks Lamongan. Research type is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, The population in this research as many as 194 employees with total sample as many as 66. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. Data are processed using the program of SPSS 20.00 for Windows. Result of hypothesis testing is that Sig.F £ a = 0,05 (0.000 £ 0.05), meaning that there is a simultaneous and significant influence of work motivation and work Dicipline on performance. It is also found that Sig.t £ a = 0,05 (0.000 £ 0.05) for influence of work motivation on performance which shows and Sig.t £ a = 0,05 (0.021 £ 0.05) for influence of work Decipline on performance the significant and partial influences of work motivation and work Dicipline on performance
