Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906, Tbk Kc Malang)

The objective of research is are the influence of variable Work Environment and variable Work Motivation simultaneously and partially on variable Employee Performance of Bank Saudara of Malang Branch Office. Research type is explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sampling technique is saturated sampling (census) who are counted for 35 persons. Result of research indicates that there is simultaneous and partial influence of variable Work Environment and variable Work Motivation on variable Employee Performance as shown by Equation Y = 9.465 + 0.244 X1 + 0.359 X2. Coefficient of regression variable Work Environment is 0.244 (b1) showing the influence rate of variable Work Environment on variable Employee Performance. Coefficient of regression variable Work Motivation is 0.359 (b2) indicating the influence rate of variable Work Motivation on variable Employee Performance
