Implementasi Strategi Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Dalam Peningkatan Pelayanan Pendistribusian Air (Studi Pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang)

: implementation of corporate strategy Area drinking water (PDAM) in the improvement of Water Distribution Services (study on Regional water supply Company of Malang). PDAM Malang is the company responsible for providing service over the procurement of water in the city of Malang so that the goal of doing this research intended to find out which implementation strategies PDAM Malang in the improvement of water distribution services in the city of Malang and to describe barriers PDAM Malang in implementing the strategy. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach to research with data analysis using the method of Miles and Hubberman and techniques of collecting data through observation, interview, documentation and library. The results of this research show that the implementation of the strategy of improving the services in the Distribution PDAM of Water were in accordance with what is stated on the existing strategy, but have not fully maximized because of the intervention
