This study aims to know the distribution of sedimentation of the most suitable method amongthe Emperical Area Reduction Method and Area Increment Method for predicting the the distributionof sediments in the Reservoir Wonorejo. While the purpose of this study was to determine the baseelevation of a new reservoir (new zero elavation) after the existing sediments. With both methodscan be known distribution of sediments in the reservoir for the operating life of 8 years and 11years.
