本论文的核心问题为海水增温是否可能使微型浮游动物对浮游植物的摄食压力增强。根据生态学代谢理论(MetabolicTheoryofEcology,MTE),异养生物新陈代谢过程(包括呼吸、摄食等)随温度上升而上升的速率(以活化能表示)比自养生物新陈代谢(主要指光合作用)高。本研究在厦门港东部海域开展多温度梯度培养的稀释法实验,探究近岸水体中,浮游植物生长和微型浮游动物摄食对短期升温的响应。同时,调查研究了厦门港东部海域微型浮游动物对浮游植物的摄食压力及其季节变化。该研究站点的浮游植物生长率年平均值为1.46±0.87d-1,在0.00~3.61d-1之间波动;通过特征光合色素分析表明,硅藻为该区...According to the metabolic theory of ecology (MTE), heterotrophic processes (i.e. microzooplankton grazing and respiration) are more sensitive to temperature than autotrophic processes (i.e. phytoplankton growth and photosynthesis).
