MEWUJUDKAN SILA KE V PANCASILA MELALUI KOPERASI (Kajian terhadap Peraturan Koperasi Istiqomah Perumahan Purwomartani)

“Istiqomah” Cooperation is a cooperation established by the quranic recitation of mothers of “Istiqomah”, housing in Purwomartani, Kalasan, Sleman. At the beginning, the rules of cooperation is formulated by the board of qur’anic recitation of mothers of “Istiqomah”, under the coordination of the head of the field of welfare and members development. Furthermore, the regulation of cooperation was updated through a series of meetings for members that was held twice a year. The content of the rules have not been formulated as a whole. There are several decisions of each meeting of members that do not result in accordance with the principles of cooperatives. Thus, social justice has not been fully realized. The profit of cooperation is enjoyed much more by those who have capital. This is not in accordance with Islamic teachings and ideals of the founding cooperatives Indonesia, against individualism and capitalism fundamentally. Therefore, Istiqomah cooperation rules should be updated to agree with Islamic teachings and ideals of Indonesian cooperatives. Keywords: cooperative, rule, justice *** Koperasi Istiqomah merupakan koperasi yang didirikan oleh pengajian ibu-ibu Istiqomah, perumahan Purwomartani, Kalasan, Sleman. Pada awalnya, peraturan koperasi Istiqomah disusun oleh pengurus pengajian ibu-ibu Istiqomah, dibawah koordinasi ketua bidang kesejahteraan dan pembinaan anggota. Selanjutnya, peraturan koperasi diperbaharui melalui serangkaian rapat anggota yang dilaksanakan setiap 2 tahun sekali. Isi peraturan belum dirumuskan secara menyeluruh. Ada beberapa keputusan setiap hasil rapat anggota yang tidak sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip koperasi. Sehingga, keadilan sosial belum sepenuhnya terwujud. Hasil koperasi masih banyak dinikmati oleh orang-orang yang bermodal. Hal ini tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam dan cita-cita berdirinya koperasi Indonesia, yang menentang individualisme dan kapitalisme secara fundamental. Oleh karena itu aturan koperasi Istiqomah harus diperbaharui agar selaras dengan ajaran Islam dan cita-cita koperasi Indonesia. Kata kunci: Koperasi, aturan, keadilan
