In this document the transmission network analysis was performed which have some limitations that will be reviewed below, as are the restrictions of generation , the congestion and line losses, in order to maintain an efficient level of security and stability in the power system. Congestion occurs when the power flow violates transmission constraints, which are related to the physical limits are: thermal limits, reactive power and stability limits.
