Employee retention is an attitude towards the company efforts in seeking permanent employee in the company. Organizational culture are a value, a norm, a shared belief prevailing in the organization and the characteristic are binding and differentiating between one organizations with other. The objectives of this research are to find out “is there relation between organizational culture with employee retention in SUKUN cigarette company”.
