High frequency indication of employee to enter and exit from a company is impacted by organizational culture and employee satisfaction shaped by RSUD Ngudi Waluyo. The aim of this research was to define the influence of organizational culture and employee satisfaction to turnover intention in this organization. The population of this quantitative research is non-PNS in Human Resource Division by total 35 people. Sampling of this research using census, involving all non-PNS employee in Human Resource division. Double regression analysis is used in this research and supported by SPSS 21.
