Composites made of Ceramic for both fibers and matrix aimed at being used in aerospace applications, that is to say, under mechanical stresses at high temperatures in oxidizing and corrosive environments. Resistance to oxidation /corrosion of these materials is linked to their ability to self-heal by creating anoxide phase limiting access of oxygen to the bulk of the material.
