Writing our thesis has been both interesting and educational. Not only have we learned how to work with component standardization at Alpha Box, but also how this department is part of a whole. We have seen the power of a large and global organization but at the same time realized the difficulties involved in making changes happen. We are grateful to all of you at Alpha Box who participated in our master thesis, helping us to understand the company and the current situation. Especially we want to express gratitude to the employees at the Component Standardization department for taking the time to share thoughts and experience with us and contributing with helpful input to our master thesis.
