The thesis describes the system of motivation in relation with the company management. The goal of the thesis was to evaluate the motivation system in Pramet tools ltd. company and to discover any potential shortcomings. The theoretical part involves the study of research papers and explains the basic concepts, such as management, motivation and simulation. It is followed by the further description of the most popular theories of work motivation, giving various aspects of the motivation mechanism. The theory was subsequently put into practice, introducing the Pramet company along with the analysis of questionnnaire responses. As a result these results were summarized and presented to the company management in form of recommendation
