Development of mobile application for Android platform

The bachelor thesis describes the process of mobile application development for operating system Android with exclusive using of standard components, which this platform includes. The theoretical part of thesis describes the platform itself, historical evolution of its versions, its architecture, tools required for the application development, general structure of the application project and fundamental, commonly used programmatical and graphical components. Practical part of thesis then documents the development of functional application prototype, based on knowledge of theoretical part. Practical part also includes recommendations, how to achieve responsive graphical user interface. Complete application source code is attached to the thesis
