This thesis deals with business plan. Theoretical part of this thesis defines basic terms related with entrepreneurship and covers business plan elements based on available professional literature. Practical part encompasses a particular business plan for starting a café in a students dorm. To identify potential opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of this business plan analysis has been performed based on which particular strategies for successful project realization are provided.
