Analysing rights and obligations of owners of forests and trees located in the perimeter of line management (buildings)

This bachelor thesis is dealing with two closely connected themes. First theme is the right and duty analysis of forest owners and operators of linear structures. Technical infrastructure that ensures economic and social prosperity is in the public's best interest however there are several disputes with the private sector because their rights are inhabited. Based on an analysis of the current legislation, we can conclude that there is an impact of restrictions on forest lands and forest owners. Available legislation that solves the issues of linear structures and their protection zones is complicated, however it is transparent. In the second part of this work are drafted and analyzed options/methods to maintain under power lines. These methods are compared amongst each other, not only from the economic perspective but also in relationship to the environment
