Právní možnosti kompenzace ztráty produkční funkce lesa vznikající v důsledku umístění veřejné technické infrastruktury

ABSTRACT The main goals of this thesis are to analyse the current laws that support public technical infrastructure development, despite limiting the forest management and legal institutions that provide compensation for such loss. Research based on analysing legal amendments related to developing the infrastructure, shows the impact on forest management and the possibility of economical compensation for such loss from the forest owner's point of view. The process of developing the infrastructure in forest land has been found transparent with adequate consideration to the forest owners. However, the compensation for the forest management limitation is not sufficient. The Rule of law in the Czech Republic keeps the previous restrictions of forest management where the infrastructure has been developed, without any compensation due to so-called law easements
