The Current Offer of Life Insurance in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of the current offer of life insurance in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is composed of literary research, which is not focused only on life insurance in the Czech Republic but also on insurance in a broader sense. The introduction of the thesis deals with historical facts of the insurance industry, legislation of the insurance industry, handle with the terms randomness, uncertainty and risk and describes the current status of the insurance industry and insurance market. Furthermore the theoretical part deals directly with life insurance, its different kinds in the Czech Republic, the tax advantages and disadvantages of life insurance and the valuation forms of risk pricing of clients. The practical part is focused on comparing the offer of the capital life insurance and the investment life insurance in one concrete insurance company in the terms of profitability for the clients as well as in the terms of possible internal differences
