Add to ORKGThe subject of my thesis is a design of a house for a family of 5 members, and process of the documentation for construction. It's a new building, which will be realized on flat land on the outskirts of the development part of village Saratice near Brno. Family house will be without a basement, having two floors, terraces and double garage, which is part of the house. The building is designed from the system Heluz, with reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings, gabled roof with a pleated burnt roofing and a skylight with metal roofing. Frontage of the house is oriented to the southeast, the ground floor is designed as a social area and the second floor as a quiet zone. The drawings are processed in AutoCAD software
