This thesis deals with the design documentation of detached house for a family of four or five. The new building is located in the district of the City of Nové Mesto nad Váhom in Nové Mesto nad Váhom catastral-defense. The building is designed with help a technology of aerated concrete blocks YTONG, with both side-carrier system and two floors. The building is covered with a flat roof with one level of roof
