The study examined organisational and psychological factors as correlates of job performance of personnel in private university libraries. Descriptive research design was adopted in the study. The total population of the study comprised of 83 respondents in the 8 private universities in South-South Nigeria. Since the population was small, total enumeration sampling technique was employed. The instrument adopted for the collection of data was the questionnaire. The questionnaire was structured based on 4-point Likert scale of Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree and Strongly Disagree.
