International audienceThis paper offers a short presentation of early Roman coin finds from Strasbourg (France), with a comparison with Oedenburg (Biesheim, France), Windisch (Switzerland), Zurzach (Switzerland), the Saalburg (Germany) and Zugmantel (Germany) and a discussion over the impact of the military occupation of these sites on their coin pool. New data has appeared since 2011 and the presentation would need updating.
