Report on Otto Hirsch's activities with the government of the German state of Wuerttemberg and with the public company Neckar AG in Stuttgart, told by his former colleague, Prof. Otto Konz.Otto Hirsch was born in Stuttgart in 1885, the son of Louis Hirsch (ME 310). He was a co-founder and board member of the Neckar AG which was responsible for the canalization of the Neckar river. After his forced dismissal in 1933 he dedicated himself to Jewish politics and became the chairman of the newly founded "Reichsvertretung der deutschen Juden".
