WWW2GCG‡ is a set of programs and scripts created in the endeavour to provide a friendly graphical user interface to the command-line driven GCG molecular biology sequences analysis software. WWW2GCG consists of a set of CGI scripts and a whole collection of forms generated automatically from command-line parameter files used by the GCG software. Ports to any UNIX system on which GCG is properly installed should be easy, provided functional versions of Per1, FORTRAN and C are available.
