Efisiensi Produksi pada Agroindustri Gula Kelapa di Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas

The aim of the research is to know, (a) Analysis of production factors, (b) technical efficiency, allocation / price and the palm sugar economic production. This research was conducted at Cilongok District , Banyumas Regency. The sampling obtained method is Three Stage Cluster Sampling. It is obtained 72 respondents. The results showed that the average of palm sugar production of palm sugar home industries is 5.38 kg / day. Factor influencing the production of coconut sugar is the amount of nira (Nira is lymph fluid out of the coconut flower after bugged). Nira production factor has not proved efficiently both technical, allocation, and economic. Key words : production and efficienc
