Romania’s Integration in the European Union has triggered the compliance of the national legislation with the communitarian regulations, as a natural necessity of the capacity to undertake the duties as a member of the European Union, which imply the responsibility to have a complete transfer of the communitarian acquis to the national legislation, both before the accession date and afterwards, within the forthcoming regulations. Consequently, it is believed that most normative acts represent a new legislation, made according to the new Constitution and in accordance with the communitarian spirit and the old ones were changed to comply with the communitarian regulations of the respective field, or with the modern regulations of the communit...
