Numerical solution for Moisture Diffusion Equation in Solid during Drying Process (Part3) : Introduction of a function φ=∫Ddw

We introduced a function of moisture content defined by φ = ∫ Ddw and then expressed the diffusion equation by using the function φ instead of moisture content w. It was found that the finite difference method of the diffusion equation used φ did not have any contradicting content as mentioned previous paper. The calculation method of the function φ was described in detail for radial diffusion in a sphere during drying. It was also shown that the dimensionless term ΔtD(W)/Δr^2 which correspnded to a transition probability had to be in the range of 0--1/6.φ=∫Ddwで定義される関数φを導入し，含水率wの代わりにその関数φを用いて拡散方程式を表現した。この関数φを用いた拡散方程式の階差法には，前報で述べたような矛盾はないことがわかった。乾燥過程における球内半径方向拡散の場合のφの計算法が詳細に述べられた。また，遷移確率に相当する無次元項ΔtD(W)/Δr^2 は，0～1/6の範囲にあるべきであることが示された
